The scriptures revive the soul because they are from God, the one who created the soul. They communicate his desires and expectations for us. They are God’s wisdom and encouragement for our lives. They are perfect.The principles of this world are twisted, killing the soul. The promises of this world are empty, stealing the soul. But…. “The instructions of the Lord are perfect, reviving the soul!”
